When fulfilling subscription boxes or crowdfunding orders, we organize an assembly line to package batches of orders. A batch refers to a unique collection of orders that consist of the same combination of items. To ensure optimal efficiency of the assembly line, each batch must consist of at least 25 orders. If the batch size falls below this threshold, a batching fee of $12 will be charged to cover the setup costs for the smaller batch size.

Yes! If your shopping cart supports gift messaging, we can include gift messages in orders and label them as “gift” orders. There are two options available:

1) Print the gift message on a blank 4×6 card provided by Thill Inc. (cost: $0.95)

2) Print the gift message on a custom 4×6 card provided by the merchant. (cost: $0.80 + pick fee)
