4.2 Payment Collection:
Payments will be collected by Stripe on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as determined during your account setup. Disputes must be reported within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
4.3 Abandoned Account and Liquidation:
Failure to pay fees may result in your account being classified as “Abandoned,” leading to forfeiture of ownership of goods and account balance to Thill Inc. and the initiation of liquidation proceedings.
5. Account Creation and User Conduct
Registration Requirements:
To register for an account, you must provide:
- Full legal name
- Company’s legal name
- Company’s trade or fictitious name (if any)
- Company’s tax number or identifier (if applicable)
- Business address
- Valid phone number
- Valid business email address
- Countries where the business is incorporated or registered
- Identifying information for any parent company or ultimate beneficial owner of >10% of the company
User Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and legality of provided information.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and report unauthorized access immediately.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure devices and internet connections meet necessary technical requirements.
- Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our platform is owned by Thill Inc. or our licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property without written permission.
7. Termination of Services

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of using Thill Inc.’s Services.
11.2 Publicity:
Thill Inc. reserves the right to use your name and/or company name for marketing or promotional purposes. To decline, please email support@thillinc.com.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Thill Inc. harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Miscellaneous

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without prior written consent from Thill Inc. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
